LEANNE PRESTON
Leanne Preston is CEO of Unanico Group, based in Los Angeles and has over fourteen years’ experience working in the kids and family entertainment business across both the creative and business sides. Starting out her career at Nickelodeon, Leanne worked in the London office on the development and production of global original content, including BAFTA nominated series House of Anubis, before transitioning to the independent producer side, as Head of Development for Red Kite. There she oversaw shows such as ‘Ella Bella Bingo’, sold to 20+ countries and the DreamWorks Classics property ‘George of the Jungle’ for Teletoon in Canada, sold to 125+ countries worldwide. Leanne later founded Bright Box Creative and worked with Chinese broadcasters Toonmax Media and CCTV to develop content for Chinese and international audiences as well as working with producer clients across the globe. Also a writer and story editor, Leanne developed, story edited and wrote scripts for international preschool show Emmy & GooRoo, distributed by Jetpack. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2015 Leanne has worked with Citizen Skull Productions, Gaumont as a Development Executive and as Associate Producer on the new Lego City Adventures series for Nickelodeon. Most recently, Leanne was VP Production for Indian studio Digitoonz, building on their North American and European business and as Director of Content and Business Development for Left Pocket Studio in Shanghai.

NAIMA VOGT
Naima Vogt is the Production Manager and Business Development Executive at Unanico Group. Naima began her career in New York City, where she gained valuable experience working on drama series, feature-length documentaries, and short digital documentaries for entities such as Netflix, CNN Films, The New York Times, and The Wellcome Trust. Naima worked as Associate Producer & Archival Producer on the Sierra/Tango & CNN Films documentary, Unseen Enemy, and subsequently managed the film development and distribution plans for Sierra/Tango Productions. Naima is passionate about animation production, documentary filmmaking, content development, distribution and acquisitions, as well as black & white film photography. Naima is Brazilian-Canadian and holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in International Development with minors in Philosophy and Psychology. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and French.

ROBERT MILNE
Robert Milne is an animation director who has worked on a range of award-winning features, shorts, music videos, games and commercials. A graduate of the Royal College of Art, Robert has worked at cutting edge studios, such as Nexus, Airside, Not To Scale, Passion and Lupus, where he recently animated on Ethel & Ernest. Robert started his career at Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment, where he worked on the animated feature Balto before relocating to Los Angeles to join Dreamworks SKG, animating on the features The Prince of Egypt, The Road To El Dorado and Spirit: Stallion Of the Cimarron.

ANNA MARTORANO OLIVER
Anna Martorano Oliver studied Media at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, and obtained a Masters in 3D animation. Later at the IDEC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with fellow animators, Anna produced a short 3D animated film called Olinda that won, amongst others, the Distribution Award at the Festival La Boca del Lobo and the Shortcutz Viseu Award. At Unanico Creative Content, Anna has worked across the studios’ portfolio, including One Night In Hell, Buddi and Melody Makers. Anna also works across the Studio’s co-development and co-production IPs with other companies. Anna’s native languages are Spanish and Catalan.
